Because all of our products are made to order and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items where personalization has been requested. Each piece is custom created using your provided details, making it unique and not resalable.

Please review all personalization information carefully before placing your order, including spelling, dates, names, colors, and design choices. We create your item exactly as entered at checkout.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement or another suitable solution.
